Today I had a wonderful day eating sushi and ice cream! My boyfriend and I went out for dinner at our favorite sushi place which was delicious. Then we walked a few blocks to a street fair/party that is held every Friday.

These parties are so much fun because there is yummy food for sale and live music. I treated myself to a delicious ice cream cone! It was so much fun to eat my dessert while dancing to songs like "Hotel California" and "Sweet Home Alabama"... sometimes it's the simple moments in life that are the best :)

Here are all the ways in which I've worn this blue skirt:

I like your tie belt and your pearls are a nice way to soften up the bright shirt. ;)

How do you get your ponytails so smooth? I always get flyaways!

I love the detailing on that top paired with the pearls.

Thanks for the sweet comments everyone!! In terms of your question Taylor, I just comb it through and then if it's still out of place, I use a little hairspray.

I have got to find more skirts like yours. I'm really uncomfortable wearing pants most of the time but my boss has recently dubbed most of my skirts too short. They need to be at least knee length and even though I'm not even five feet tall, most skirts are still above the knee.

I adore your outfits and all of your skirts! They're perfect!

Very nice details on the shirt and skirt. I like the pairing of these two colors and the purse pulls it together and the pearls adds a bit of softeness and femininity.

I enjoyed how the swirls on your whirt go with the swirls on your skirt. jgm
