I almost went with #4 because I like maxi dresses, but I decided on #3 because I like the look of a belted open cardi. I almost changed my mind when I saw your title for it because I didn't want my vote to equal agreement with the title. Hips? Well, I think hips are womanly. I can do without a pooch though!
