Here are a couple of photos of our relaxing weekend in El Valle, a mountainside of Panama. The weather is so cool and breezy up there. Plus, all you can hear are the sounds of the birds and trees... it is sooo relaxing!

We spent most of the weekend just relaxing at our countryside home, taking naps, and picking fruit from our trees. We also went canopying (more photos to come on that adventure!).
It is always a pleasure to get away from the city and relax in the mountainside; especially if you are surrounded with such fun and lovable people like my family ;)
